Thanks for your help. My wife and I had our 341 Meeting last week and all seemed to go well. In and out in 5 minutes. The US Trustee did ask some questions but after telling him my wife was out of work for 10 months for breast cancer he stopped and dismissed us. He got our phone number from us but he told the "other" trustee "I think I'm done with this one. I don't think I'm going to keep this one open".
Also, my wife and I are getting $1,200.00 back from Federal and $800 back from State taxes and neither trustee questioned it after viewieng tax returns.
I just saw on PACER that we are declared "NO ASSET".
Question though: Do I still need to wait for the US Trustee to input his part in PACER before I should start getting excited?
