Does a company credit card count as a debt?

My ex wife's parents are getting sued for an unpaid AMEX account, and my ex wife is a card holder (as an employee of their business, not because she is a cosigner or anything). She is concerned that she might get sued as they have stated they would sue all card holders. Can they do that? Ultimately she wants to know if she needs to list them on for bankruptcy.

If she was an AU, she has no liability.
If your ex is going to file bk anyway, she should list them anyway.
