Missed 15 day deadline for Chapter 13

My father filed an emergency chapter 13 bankruptcy to save his home from
foreclosure--he has now missed the 15 day deadline for submitting a re-
payment plan to the court. What does he need to do? He does want to start making payments to the court. Can he deal strickly with the trustee or does he have to go to a bankruptcy attorney?

Have him file the plan ASAP and hope no one objects. Otherwise his case will be dismissed and he could be barred from re-filing for 6 months (which will give the bank time to foreclose.)

As far as I know, there is no national standard form chapter 13 plan, each region and court have their own plan guidelines. You can usually find them by going to the website for the Bankruptcy Court in your area or to the Chapter 13 Trustee's website.
