I posted another thread on the ch7 board, but I have one more general question maybe someone can answer for me. I want to file because of a civil lawsuit im involved with. I was reading my paperwork I got from the company that I'm being sued by and found that I haven't been served a "summons" yet but just a complaint. Would this still be dischargeable under bk or would I have to wait until I actually get a summons from the court?
