After a tough review by the IRS on my business taxes and having to do some profit and loss statements we are finally confirmed. 2 payments down and third one coming up...... Looking back there was no need to be so stressed its actually rather peaceful now... The phone is not ringing I can affford my plan payment and I just have to behave for 60 months and do right. Thanks for all the pointers from this forum.... Anyone with a complicated situation in Oregon and you need a good attorney PM me I will give you the guys I used. They specialize in business and self employed cases.

We had some outstanding taxes that were part of the 13 and the IRS showed at the 341 hearing and wanted to make sure everything was ok on our returns. Not sure its normal but attorney said IRS usually sends rep to hearing if taxes owed... We are missing a schedule c for profit loss that had to be fixed to get the IRS to confirm everyting was correct........ I hope we are good now....

Welcome to confirmation - so happy for you! Now it's just make your monthly payments to the trustee on time and stay under the radar to the finish line!

Yes in fact I will make sure my check is sent 2 weeks ahead every month to the Trustee..... I dont want to go back through filing and confirmation it was nerve wracking! I will pay all the way to finish line thanks again to bkforum.com for advice
