    1 in 1000....hummm. I wonder, since the government has a history of mandates without funding if these audits are actually funded or just added to the overworked US Trustee's office. My guess would be the latter.

      Does anyone know, will these audits affect cases filed after that date, or will they go back and look at cases that have already had the 341 but not discharged/closed yet?
