Listing CREDITORS question...

I truly apologize for asking this question, but do I list all past AND present creditors when filing? What I mean is that for a few of my past CC debts, they have been passed onto collection agencies. I am assuming that this means that they, the collection agency, now owns the debt. So, when I list creditors, do I list the original CC bank or the collection agency, or both?

both. List everyone so that no one can claim they were not notified of your BK and subsequently you owe them money.

List anyone and everyone that you owe money to at the time of filing. Thinking in terms of past and present will just confuse you. Think of it as "who do I owe money to right now". Then list everyone on that list. Debts passed on to collectors are still owed by you so list them, as well as, the original creditor. Also, if you haven't already done so, pull your credit reports from all 3 bureaus. Review them to make sure there's not something from years ago that's on a report that you forgot about, or don't know about.
