Will business be appraised or looked at by Trustee?

I have a business (small corporation). I am responsible for all the loans. My questions are:

Will the trustee want the business appraised?
Should I have the business appraised?
Do the Trustees ever visit businesses?

The trustee will have you fill out a business questionare(which ask the current appraised value etc);trustee will also request copies of bank statements & tax returns.
