341 meeting for small business owner

Hello all. I was curious if anyone has had a 341 meeting that was a small business owner ( S corp)? My meeting is coming up later this month. I was sent a business worksheet that required a lot of business information and the 341 meeting was rescheduled to take place at the Trustees office instead or the court house (my lawyer said this is normal for a small business owner).

So, I was wondering if anyone can offer some first hand perspective of what I can expect? It's obviously not going to be your typical 5-10 minute meeting at the court house.

I'm just trying to get prepared and any insight into this process might help reduce the stress.

It's fairly normal to have the 341 at the Trustee's place for individuals with or without businesses.

Try to fill out the questionare as best as you could, any questions would be from that form. Trustee would most likely ask for copies of business bank accounts and prior tax returns as well.
