If I'm forced to do a 13 instead of 7....

I am keeping my home through a 7 in order to qualify, and then letting it go after discharge. If that doesn't work and I'm forced to do a 13 I will then just include the house in the 13. My question is...We live in in seperate county from where hubby works cause it was cheaper to buy in. The rent allowance is approx. 1500 for my area. If we let the house go, we would rent in the county my husband works in, about an hour away. That allowance is 1900 a month. Will the trustee allow us to use the 1900 dollar figure, or do we need to move there first and then file for 13 if we get rejected for 7? Obviously the 400 difference is pretty big. I won't be living an hour away if I'm not owning my home. I'm in so cal in the inland empire if that helps. Hubby is in military and we'd move closer to base. 1500 won't get me squat in San Diego, but 1900 is a fair amount. We may even have orders to Hawaii by the end of the year.
