What if theres no disposable income?

    Hello,

I filed Chapter 7 several years ago under the old laws. Due to economic changes coupled with multiple other problems I am now being forced into Chapter 13. My question is after the mortgage, car payment, child support and reasonable expenses (food, gas, utilities, medical etc.) I have virtually nothing less. In fact some months I go into the red and have had to borrow from family members. Unsecured debts are months behind. What can I expect to happen how will they receive anything from me? I am about to set up several consultations with local attorneys but thought with all the experience here someone could offer some insight. Thanks

well having been in your shoes I threw everything into my plan, car, bills everything. All I had to pay outside plan was rent and insurances and my living expenses which I kept to minimum. You have to have something left over to fund your chapter 13. If you include your car can you cram it down? looks for things that if you weren't paying then you could have something to give to the trustee each month. (minimum 100?)
