What is amount considered reasonable for monthly required expenses?
More specifically, I lease (rent)a 3 bedroom apartment for $1,800 in a
large metro city. Will the BK trustee break the lease and force you
to move into a one or two bedroom apartment in order to pay more to
the trustee or, when the lease is due again force you into a studio
apartment? How is it determined?
My income is slightly over $100k but my debt coming out of a divorce
is $100k so CH. 13 looks like my only option. I dont believe they
would grant a Ch.7 based on my income and frankly as long as I have a job I can reply most of everything over 3 years.
