Very confused

I recently pulled report from equifax and this is what many show

Charged Off
Wage Earner Chapter 13

Lots of accounts were showing how many months past due. I never was late with any payments. When I filed BK my credit standing was excellent and nothing was late.

Also paid car and house on time and it was not included in BK but it says it was.

Can anyone help me?

All you need to do is dispute the accounts that list the incorrect information and you will need to obtain all three of your credit reports (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion). Instructions will come with the reports as to disputing. You may need to send a copy of your creditor matrix to each reporting agency along with your dispute because the majority of the time if you don't, they will contact you to send more information as to your dispute. That should clear up the majority of the issues you state. Just know it will take a while to completely clean up your reports and then they could still revert back to the old information at a later time and you will need to redispute. It can be frustrating and time consuming.

As to the house and car, although you paid those outside of the Plan, they were still part of your bankruptcy (look on your creditor listing - there they are even though the amount is $0). You can dispute those as being paid outside of your Plan and you make get lucky and the creditor and mortgagor will change them not to read as being part of your bankruptcy; however, they don't have to as they actually were included in your bankruptcy.
