will discharge clear credit report problems

Hi we finally got our papers in the mails that says Ch 13 plan complete. It says we should have discharge in 60-90 days. We were trying to get a mortgage. But met a snaffoo with credit report. reporting foreclosure but not listed in ch 13 bankruptcy. It looks like it is outside the 13. It also lists us being 180 + days late after we foreclosed & were told by the lawyer we were not to make mortgage payments. Is anyone familiar with after CH 13 discharged & credit report realizing foreclosure was part of CH 13. It is weird it lists us late 180 days then a few months foreclosed then back to late then back to foreclosed. We are really hoping the discharge will make a difference. As was posted by someone else recently the same thing happened to us. got to end of plan & increased our payback percentage from 75% to 100%So now we have to wait for these people to get their second check & respond back before we are done. BUt it is close!! What does anyone know about LEXINGTON LAW . It sounds like a good idea. Thanks for all the great information

Did you give up the house in your chapter 13? If so, then you should dispute with the credit bureau's as IIB/zero balance. If the house was already in foreclosure when you filed, then the report can state foreclosure or charged off etc. If you filed and then stopped making the payments, it should only state IIB/zero balance. You need to dispute. It won't get fixed by itself. To me, why pay someone else to do what you can do for free. (dispute your own credit report)
