New provision debated.....

Just watched C-SPAN House of Reps debate about changes to the bankruptcy laws - for National Guard & Reservists, coming back home from Iraq & Afghanistan.
This provision would eliminate these folks having to take the means test.

We just saw an attorney today and he told us he thinks the new bankruptcy laws suck! And you know what? He's right!!!

Of course they suck - from a consumer's point of view. Banks/creditors love it, lines their pockets deeper and deeper.
