How many months of statements did you have to provide?

    #2
Depends on the district and the trustees' nosiness.

I'm in VA. the lawyer said I had to have 2 months bank statements to give to the trustee at 341. Trustee ended up not even mentioning them. Total bank statements submitted to anyone: 0.

We were told 6 months, we don't know if we will need them, but we have actually got a years gathered just in case. Never hurts to be overly prepared.

None to lawyer, have to take the statement to the 341 that shows balance on the day we filed.

We had to give the attorney six months of the bank statements, also six months of paystubs.

Seven months to my attorney. Anybody know what the typical Trustee in California asks for or is it really up to the trustee?
Very fortunate in the grand scheme of things but have learned my lesson.

I think a 7 & 13 makes the difference. I also live in VA and only have to give 2 months to the attorney. The Trustee did not mention it in his request for paperwork.
