In most situations, it's fine to include cable as well.
Very rarely a small court trustee can get a little weird and force people to cut back to basic cable or won't allow them to list costs for both cell phones and landline phones, but that is very unusual. As long as your cable costs are reasonable, 99.9% of the time you won't have a problem.
