I received an actual statement from them this month. Haven't received one like this for years. It has alot of blah blah info on it.

I thought student loans are automatically in forbearance when you file bk? This statement almost seems like they are trying to bully me into paying.

They say if I fail to make my scheduled payment, I may be assessed a late fee ect ect. Then they go into a blurb about collections.

I was planning on paying anyway but wth?
