I went to Pacer and looked around and under deadlines there is something with a deadline for tomorrow. It's a relief from stay filed by my car lender. I surrendered the vehicle last month. Will this just expire? And do you think it's holding up my discharge? I am 66 days.

I would think that the matter is moot now that you surrendered the car. It will probably go ahead and expire tomorrow and be a washout. As to whether or not it is holding up your discharge I can't say. Though I have read in some of the other threads that many of the BK courts are backlogged because of the rise in filings and that everyone is running late.

I've noticed that it is taking folks longer than the standard 60 days lately to be discharged, this is probably due to an overload of the court system. It does not imply you will not be successfully discharged
