Two questions

I have two questions for you guys. General background, filing C7, no asset.

1. We're looking at adding two hospital co-pays into our C7. Will this affect our ability to visit this hospital in the future?

2. One of my CC's was auto-charged $14.95 after I decided to file BK but before I remembered I even had the service. (it's Tivo, we don't use it, but it's more expensive to cancel than pay it every month.) Do you guys think this will screw anything up? There's no fraud, we just now realized it was still auto-charging.

First of all Welcome!

So you haven't filed yet? If not then don't worry. I honestly can't imagine anyone looking at a $14.95 charge as fraud. You will need to stop those withdraws though. Contact TIVO and tell them you are canceling that card. Not to charge it anymore. If you need to keep it have it auto withdraw from your checking. Is it like a cell phone or something, you get penalized for early cancellation? If so then file on Tivo, you say you don't use it, so tell them to cancel it and if they try to charge you include them in your BK.

I don't know but have been on this site for awhile now and it appears that filing on a hospital will not keep you from being able to go back to the hospital. There are lots of post regarding this so search a little and you'll find lots of info on this subject.
