OK... I have a question on surrendering my ATV.
Here's a little background. I had my 341 hearing on May 1st (Chpt 13 to 7 conversion). As part of the conversion I offered to surrender my vehicle and my ATV. I was discharged in late June. About 2 weeks after discharge they came to get the vehicle. I have heard nothing about the ATV. No letters, phone calls or messages from the lawyer.
So here is my question..... will they ever come for the ATV? If so...when??
I've read a couple of posts were there were questions regarding the type of loan (secured, unsecured ect). To the best of my knowledge the loan was a secured loan (GE Consumer Finance was the account holder).
While I'm managing to keep my head above water, it would be nice to sell it and have some financial cushion if they are not going to come and get it.
