So I assume you are living in Mississippi? I am not aware of a filing 'fee' for transfer, but I don't think you can just transfer your BK to any state you want. There are laws regarding residency and how long you've lived in a state before you can file under that state's law. I'm not sure what the $375 is for, exactly."You can never get enough of what you don't need to make you happy."
