Well, I got all the stuff filed yesterday and by the time I got home about 6 p.m., it was already on pacer The 341 is set for 8/28, so I just need to email my boss and see if I can get off work.
I stayed up all night Wednesday finishing everything and it looked good. The clerk's staff was basically not rude, but just very bland. Not helpful; I used to be a federal employee, so I can safely say that's how a lot of them are--just there, doing their job.
Turns out I got some bad information about the copies and such; cell phones weren't a big deal--the security guards just placed the phones of the people in front of us in baggies and they picked them up on their way out. Not a big deal and they weren't turned away. The person who took my petition also didn't tell me when my 341 was scheduled; I asked and she did tell me. I don't know; the whole process wasn't a big deal but also basically very unhelpful at the same time.
