Which car value do we use?

We took a 60 mo. loan and only have 16 payment left so we plan to hang onto it and keep making payment.

There was 3 choices.
Trade-In Value $2900.
Private Party Value $5800.
Suggested Retail Value $9300.

We shall have enough exempts to cover if it's not retail value.

Maybe need to ask your lawyer which one is accepted in your district. I'd probably go with the private party value, but you need to be sure.
