help with pacer

filed 6/24 had my 341 on 7/24 i have been checking pacer it shows nothing after 6/26 as last time anything was filed .only flags are dbted and means no this is a chapter7 in nj

if your 341 hearing appears as "satisfied" or "terminated" in the "Deadline/Schedules" screen you are on your way to discharge. The "MEANSNO" flag will stay put and has no effect, but the court needs your certificate of completion of your debt management course (this is separate from the pre-filing credit counseling certificate). The "DebtEd" flag will prevent discharge.

I just checked pacer and nothing so far as terminated or satisfied .How long does it take for pacer to show anything about my case worring about UST getting involved. it has been almost 2 weeks since 341 hearing.

We had our 341 on July 22nd and Pacer showed nothing until this Monday ( Aug 4th ).

The trustee's report should show up any day now !!

Sometimes it can take a while for things to be updated on PACER. However, the UST has only 10 days from the 341 hearing to file a statement of presumed abuse (if you're above median and concerned about being pushed into a 13). This is something that would be entered and visible on PACER immediately, so no news is good news.
