    Going *insane* waiting for discharge...

    I know, I know. I have read the little sticky above about 37 times, that it isnt an automatic discharge at 12.01am on the 61st day. But we are now at 64 days past discharge on a no asset, no objections case, and I am going INSANE. I made a call to the Clerk of the court who assured me it was still 60 days, they weren't running behind and it would be there "any minute".

    This waiting game is no fun at all....thanks for letting me vent!

    May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
    9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

      It will be posted the day you quit looking for it! I dont make the rules its just the way life works.
      Not only am I not a lawyer, the California BAR association has sent me numerous letters telling me not to even THINK about going to law school. In fact, the lay advice I provide is not even good. In the end remember, you get what you pay for, and here in BK land were not the best at paying.

        just looked at the title of your thread checked PACER guess what 65 days but it says case closed discharged 08/06/08 status set Closed Backruptcy case!!!!!

            yes the dischrg will come!!! it took 5-6 extra days for me to see the dischrg but it is going to happening

              Folks we were an asset case and 341 was Feb 7. It's Augest today isn't it? Going seven months with no PACER activity. The AP should not affect a discharge on anything except the one goon hounding me. Think how well you have it. 'Hub

                Mine discharged on 8/06/08 as well! so very HAPPY! now the battle to buy a car...
