We both got copies of our reports and mine is almost right still showing a balance for a van I surrendered but then again Chrysler still seems to think I have the van since they are threatening to repossess it hahaha !! I have a receipt that I turned it into the dealer 6/08...But on his report there is one CC reporting a balance and that it is delinquent and it was included in the BK so do we just dispute that?? And there is a new entry placed for collection on 5/08 from Genesis Fin Solutions, never heard of them. We filed BK and included everything on 3/08 so wth is this??? It says it is an open collection account with a large balance. It is not on mine just his...Also on both of our reports our BK filing #'s are transposed..Do we worry with that?? Thanks so much
