    Question Tennessee auto exemption - N/A ...?

Anyone filed in TN know what the auto exemption is? I can't find any specific exemption related to autos, and I'm not sure if that means any equity would go under the $4000 wildcard, or if it's just based on circumstance?

If we end up having to file sooner (under TN instead of KS) I'm trying to figure out if we can keep our free and clear vehicle --worth about $6500.

It has to go under the wildcard exemptions including household goods and the like. Sorry to be yet another bummer for you.

    I filed in TN.

Thanks, woohoogirl, I was afraid of that. I guess that chalks up another reason to try and wait to file under KS exemptions..
