Judgements that wheren't included in ch.7

We had filed a chapter 7 (illinois) and several judgements where not included by attorney, I don't know if he didn't realize them or what. ALL the debts related to the judgements where before the filing, Now what?

NOT being a Lawyer, I would address your Lawyer and ammend your papers. It may open your discharge, but they can be added, I am sure. I hope I'm right but hit on your lawyer at that is what you paid him for. 'Hub

If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
