and she was great! This is the lawyer we are going with. She said she is going to try for a CH 7 first. In both cases the filing fee has to be paid up front. CH7 is $1500 and CH13 is $3500 which would be included in the plan. The best part is she will take them in payments if we do a CH7! She said $100 a month or what ever you can afford. I am so excited I had been stressing myself out trying to save a huge amount for attorneys fees.
