relief of stay motion ?

I recieved a relief of stay motion today, which says "Stay relief without Cure Opporunity". We had planned to keep this car (chapter 7) which is upside down, and is currently behind one payment. We were paying it up to date in the next 10-15 days, but would be before the end of the timeframe given on the motion filed by the finance company. We wanted to actually Redeem this auto with 722redemption but the auto company says it is worth far more than it is, so that won't be an option. Is keeping this car no longer an option, even if it is paid up to date (the without cure line on the papers)

You need to ask them for an "adequate protection order." If you are only one payment behind, the APO needs to provide that you will get caught up quickly and continue to make regular payments, etc etc.

You need to bring this up with your attorney.
