Should I file if i'm leaving the US?

Got another job and am renting a house in the UK. No payday loan or cc creditor of mine knows i'm leaving. I'll be over there January 09. question is there any purpose of filing if i won't even be living in the country anymore.

Since you already have a job can you pay your debts using that pay. If so then you should not file and pay your debts.

If you will still be unable to afford your bills you'd need to file before you moved since you have to attend the 341 meeting. In fact you'd want to file probably no later than early October in that case in order to ensure that your 341 was this year.
