    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello, I am a new memeber and ungortunately, I am about to file bankruptcy, if anyone has the time or knowledge to anwer these questions I would appreciate it...

Online filing companies that advertise for 100-200 dollars?
Are there any reputable ones out there that you have actually used?

I have both state, federal, and property tax debt...

Federal....i was audited and assesed in 2003 for a debt I have for 2001...i owe appx 4000 to federal...can i file on this?

State...I owe taxes for each of the last 4 yrs or so...anyone knoe about state of indiana taxes

Propety taxes on a mobile home ....owe last two years...?

Student loans...what creates an undue hardship? I am currently only self employed and my student loan is in forebearance...i am raising a family of 6....any opinions...also, if i list it and unsuccessful...will they make me refile or wait 180 days if everything is not fully accepted as is...

items such as a music club taht hasn't actually named an amount i owe yet...can i estimate an amount and file on them...ie BMG

thanks to anyone who takes the time to answer

If the tax was assessed within 240 days of the date you file BK, then its non-dischareable.

If the Indiana tax is an income tax, the same rules apply as to federal taxes.

Buy one of the "kits" for filing BK, then have a paralegal look over everything after you fill it out.
You can file yourself if you want too, me I prefer a lawyer (that knows what he's doing) to handle something as important as this.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
