Experian HELP needed

I just pulled my husband's Experian CR and had a couple of questions about cleaning it up. First, items are reported as "“Debt included in or discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 7, 11, or 12” is this acceptable? Also, can payment history be disputed after the time of filing or is it after dishcharge? What about Key Derogatory being reported? What does it mean and is it disputable after bk filing? Thanks a bunch!

I'll try to help you out and be brief...(1) dispute the items reported as being in "7, 11 or12" and make sure it states the correct BK filed; you may have to provide them with a copy of your filing or discharge papers to get it corrected; (2) Your payment history prior to filing cannot be changed; accounts showing in BK will not list any payments after the date of filing - if payments were late prior to filing they will remain as showing late; (3) You need to explain further was is listed under or as "Key Derogatory" on that report...There are Derogatory accounts and Satisfactory/Accounts in Good Standing accounts listed separately. All BK accounts will be under the Derogatory section.
