Well after filing bk and deciding to surrender my house, I am moving from New England out to Arizona to be closer to family (originally from AZ). I knew I would be opening a new bank account in AZ, so I decided, just for the heck of it, to get my consumer report from ChexSystems (I knew there should be nothing reported).
There is a checking account being reported on my CS report that is not mine! I filled out the form to dispute it, should I include any back up information? I really want to get this off of there. After having gone through everything I have, I feel where I at least still have a good name, I shouldn't be penalized for someone else's mistake!
