I have already filed my Pro Se packet and have signed up for Pacer. I have messed around with the site a little but wanted to know how it can help? It shows that I am waiting for my 341....what other areas should I explore throughout this process just to stay informed? If you have an idea, please let me know how to access that section as it is really new to me! Thanks so much for all who have helped me!!!!

Pacer? How can it help?

You will not be seeing postings on Pacer everyday........only when a document is submitted to the court.
If you are waiting on your 341 all you will see on Pacer is your date of filing, trustee appointed, notification of creditors and the date set for your 341 meeting.
Check once a week on Pacer. I usually checked Status and History/documents......that told me everything I wanted to know that was listed on the docket.
After your 341, then if there are any "objections" by the creditors, they will file their appeal...... (but usually never happens)....
I have used Pacer for over 14 months now (my case is very unusual - 1 in a million) and I have only had 18 postings on Pacer.... and most of mine involved court hearings/complaints that most people will never have to attend...
So your safe in checking Pacer once a week right now....then twice a week after 341 meeting.
Keep us posted as you check

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
