Discharge Order

Hey all,

I checked Pacer this past Monday and it stated "request for discharge order" filed and entered 8/15/05.

I checked pacer again this morning (Thursday) and it stated "BNC Certificate of Mailing" discharged 8/15/05.

A couple of questions for ya...we never did get a reaffirmation agreement for our truck from Harris Bank. It was listed in the petition as what we wanted to keep. We have paid monthly on it and it is current. What happens now? If the discharge went through, what does it mean to us and the finance company for the truck? Did they mess up and miss the deadline to send a reaffirmation agreement?

We also surrendered items purchased from Sam Ash Music, but there too, we have not heard anything from them. Does that mean they do not want the items and that we retain them?

I will be speaking to my attorney as well, but you guys have been so helpful that I wanted to get your take on the whole thing.

The items from the music place, they MAY CALL and ask you to surrender them - then they may not.......
Harris Bank may notify you to sign a reaffirm agreement and then they may not since you are keeping your payments current. Just keep your payments current......
If you don't pay, they can ask you to surrender the vehicle and you would now have to pay the difference of what you owe and what they sold it for....
