As I previously posted, I had my 341 meeting this past monday, Aug. 15th (I am in NYC). I looked on PACER yestererday and for my case # under the 'Docket Text' section of PACR, there is a summary that teh trustee entered on 8/16/05 that reads "Trustee requests discharge and certifies under FRBP 5009:the estate has been fully administered; I have neither received nor distributed any non-exempt proprty; I have diligently inquired about the debtor's financial affairs and location of estate property. The estate has no nonexempt propety to distribute". I understand what the trustee is saying here but does anyone know what this speciifcally mean - does this mean he is requesting discharge and will not be asking for any further documentation? Or is this just standard and doesn't mean anything per se?

The trustee is asking for discharge to be granted, but the 60 days has to pass before the judge will grant discharge I believe, so any creditor has time to object
OR all creditors have told the trustee their are no objections..... and he is requesting it be discharged early.
