Anyone ever have trouble registering for Pacer?

I tried to register w/PACER last night and I kept getting an error mesage "Connection Failed, try again"..and then it said if the problem persists, to email or call them. I tried again this morning on a different computer and the same thing happened.

It's hard for me to call/email from work, so before I try that I was wondering if it happened to anyone else?
