    justifying money spent

i just had a question regarding money spent 60 days before filing, do you
have to keep all of the receipts?, and if so is it okay to sorta hunker down
and try to pay up some of your secured loans, that you plan to keep,
like a vehicle, and last years irs taxes?...and sort try to prepare?

It is best to keep the receipts so you can justify your expenses. You always run the risk of the trustee wanting bank statements 24 months out, check stubs more than 3 months out, etc. We continued to pay our secured loans like house and cars because we were going to reaffirm.
