    Question on docket entries

    A day after filing which was 6/23/05 I had entry on docket: Interestd Party AUST. Added (negative) EOD 06/23/05

    A week after my 341 which was 7/26/05 this enty: Trustee's Report of No Distribution. Objections Deadline is: 9/1/05 (negative) [EOD 08/03/05]

    Any light that anyone can shed on these entries will be greatly appreciated.

    AUST is the United States Trustee and gets added to all chapter 7 cases. (the bankruptcy trustee and the US Trustee are different)

    The other one is just noting that the chapter 7 trustee filed his Post 341 meeting report (the BK trustee is required to file a report right after the 341 meeting).

      Also any creditors have till 9/1/05 to file an objection to discharge...
