Need Quick Help

My husband & I just filed Chapter 7 & will have the 341 meeting on Monday. My question is: my husband just received a monetary inheritance from his auntie that past away a few months ago. He received notice of it and then received the money after we had already filed but before the 341 meeting. We were completely unaware that he was a beneficiary on her policy. We already mentioned it to our attorney. Are we going to have to say goodbye to this money?

But unfortunately, I believe the answer is yes, you will likely lose that money. You will likely be asked at the 341 meeting if you have recieved or expect to receive any inheritence.
