rules after a discharge of a chapter 7

I have tried to get our lawyer to advise us on what we do after the discharge is granted but I have not gotten any straight answers. We want to make sure we do not do anything wrong.
I need to know about my taxes this year, what if my husband for some reason gets a bonus, what if we need to take money out of his 401 k for car or medical reasons because we now are unable to get loans?

Creditors have 6 months after a BK 7 filing to collect monies or assests from the debtor. If you don't here from them after 6 months you should be fine.

      Good Luck!
