i've noticed in the past few days some of my debts being listed twice with two different #'s. example is #014 and #014U. it's still early for me so i'm not worried enough to call my lawyer but just wondering does anybody know why they are listed that way? there's about six like that.

I would not worry, I have several of those. For my listing, all the same numbers are a claim from the same creditor. So there are P, S , U. So lets say I have a 10 for my dell account, It lists 10u as the Unsercured portion, and 10s as the secured (since it is propety there is a secured portion). I have 11P for primary IRS and 11U for the unsecured portion of my IRS bill. Hope that helps.May 2008: Filed Chapter 13
