I have disputed a TL twice now, but Experian keeps reporting it wrong. I traded in this car in March,2005, but they keep listing me as filing ch13 May, 2005, and put this TL as a negative. I did file ch 7 in July 2005, but this car was already gone by then. I keep disputing saying this line should say pd as agreed/$0 bal, but they keep saying verified ch13 May 2005. Doesn't it matter the car was already traded in before May and that I never filed 13 in May. My exH was on as a joint and he file ch13 back in Nov, but this TL didn't even report that at all. So what else can I do? The other 2 are reporting it correctly (to me) but I can't get Experian to see the point I'm trying to make. If I'm wrong, tell me and I'll quit beating this drum.

You are right to continue to dispute it. Go the next step now, and tell them that they are inaccurrately reporting information, and are violating the law. They can either remove it, or pay a fine. Then file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. That will help.
