Car Loan 100% financing Questions Before Bankruptcy 7

Hi I will be filing for chapter 7 in feb of 2009. I am currently looking for a car loan. I received an offer from Roadloans and Captial one and was approved for both. My questions are this. I am putting a capital one credit card on the Bk and I also noticed that Roadloans said that it was through Triad Financial but, the potential check they were going to give me had PJ MorganChase as the funder or the person issuing the check. This PJMorgan Chase was the other company that is going on my BK,. My question is this. Since I have an outstanding debt with capital one and chase, why in the heck did I get approved? I read the fine print in the legal part of the capitalone auto site and it says must not be in default with capital one. So again how in the world did I get approved with these two places?? If they issue the check to me, and I mean either one I end up choosing, are they going to reposess my vehicle after I file the BK? My payments will be current and a reaffirmation will be done and no way shape will the payments be a problem with them, I have no plans of not making the payment. I was just wondering though even if I make the payments for awhile, are they going to figure it out and then just then come and reposses my vehicle on their technicality. does anyone know? Also, I wanted to add that I am approved with Roadloans through 10-17-08. Funny thing happened today I mentioned Road Loans to my friend and she went to their site and it no longer shows that you can apply in california and also the company that funds is a different name than triad financial. Does anyone know of any bad credit direct lenders who offer 100% financing like capitalone auto and roadloans and where they offer the blank check deal. I appreciate any assistance. thank you very much.

When we applied, we were approved for RoadLoans and we included Chase in our BK as well.

In the end, we didn't use RoadLoans because they refused to accept my husband's monthly commissions as part of his salary.

    As for your questions.....

You got approved with them because you haven't filed bankruptcy YET. You probably would've been denied with them had you already filed.

As for other blank check loans, they are pretty much "it". The other company, peoplefirst.com, has a site that is under construction.

We searched high and low for a blank check auto loan after our bankruptcy and, unfortunately, Chase and Capital One are the only ones out there.

    Good luck to you!

Chase is the Bank that Roadloans draws its funds from. Nothing More.
