If the Oregon means test for an individual is $3626/month and my adjusted gross income for 07 was $20,363 or $1696/month and I live at my place of business in the back room....how is all that figured in? In other words, obviously I don't pay rent for me but do pay rent on the building. And on occassion I live with friends and pay them $125/month and help out with the food and drinks. Plus I pretty much just live week to week paying my personal bills as best I can.
I am also on the loan for a house and a 2nd HELOC. My wiife was awarded the house and all the right to it and she's been making the payments on both loans even though she's been late a few times and it's dinged my credit.
I'm just trying to figure out a way to BK so I can get rid of two CC that have $18K on them. I have a truck loan where the loan balance is right at what the truck is worth and I want to keep the truck and that loan. I was late on the CC payments a month ago and now my payments have doubled to almost $600/month and...I'l gonna be late or not be able to pay at all this month. I meet with my attorney on Wednesday but was just wonder waht anyone else might think of my situation.
Thanks!

) divide this into the rent per month. Then multiply that by the number of hours the business is closed.
