i have a car im paying for, i owe more than its worth.

i also have a motorcycle thats paid off, its worth 8-10 k what are my options, reguarding the bike ?

how can i keep the bike ?

Depends upon what state you are in and what the exemptions are.

It doesn't look like Ohio has a big enough wild card exemption to cover the motorcycle. The auto exemption is only $1000.00

These were just fast numbers I pulled up, but it doesn't look as if you would be able to protect the motorcycle.

Maybe someone from Ohio will chime in.
