My situation,
I'm in debt, filing sometime in the next month or so. I have a company owned vehicle that I contribute 200 dollars a month to, I'm a private investigator. So it goes to the car, labtop, all other crap. I have my own personal vehilce 1999 Mercury Sable fully loaded, probably worth 2500-3k.
My company will reimburse me 23 dollars a day if I ditch the company owned vehilce and buy my own surveillance vehilce. I'm looking at 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokees with around 30k miles. I can get one with my trade of my Mercury for probably 15-16 OTD. Question is this. HOw does that get documented, I usually work 25 days a month. 575 for Car, Maintenance and insurance. They also give you a gas card for your gas. That's going to be difficult to explain at my 341.
Also when I oringally filed I was right around the median with a roommate, this year with being in the office more and training to become a manager I've made over the median by myself (not even including the 7k from the roommate). I really don't want to be forced into a 13 when I was told a 7 would be the way to go by lawyer.
I know I should be talking to her about it all, but is there any advice on this forum for my situation?
Thanks,
Jeff
