Question about Mortgage payments and Chpt 7

I forgot to ask the attorney the other day and am worried about it so I'll ask some of you who might know. We are as I had said in earlier posts filing for chpt7 We always always pay our mortgage within our grace period I believe 14 days from due date occasionally when daycare is due we may be 15-17 days. Do you think the trustee will give me a hard time about this or not allow us to reaffirm if we so feel we want to. Again we have never ever ever ever gone over 25 days in over 10 years of monthly payments. Just throwing it out there so maybe I can get some sleep tonight

No the trustee in the person that is looking for assets to sell to pay creditors.
I would try my best to make the payments on time during the BK but as you say you are paying in the grace period. A house is not like a car. It is a long drawn out process to take it away from you. The bank does not want your house.
As long as you are staying current on your mortgage so it should not be a problem.
The mortgage company will all ready know you are doing a reaff.

No, the bank considers you late after 30 days of a payment.
You should have no problem with reaffirming or doing a ridethrough as long as you remain current. Try and get the payment in within the grace period if you can.
